High drying efficiency and small equipment area. (2) Hot air drying is the use of hot air to dry the fabric. The heated air is sprayed to the fabric from the nozzle, so that the moisture on the fabric evaporates and escapes into the air. The dryer has low efficiency and covers a large area. (3) Drum drying is to use the surface of metal cylinder heated by steam to dry the fabric. It has high efficiency, but it is easy to cause dye migration. In the actual production, in order to improve the production efficiency and ensure the dyeing quality, several ways are often combined. 3. Some dyes in the steamer should be steamed after dyeing. Saturated steam is injected into the steamer. The fabric passes through the steamer to expand the fiber, and the dyes and other chemicals diffuse into the fiber. In order to prevent air from entering, some steamers set water seal or steam seal at the inlet and outlet of steamer. This kind of steamer is called reduction steamer. 4.
