The warp dyeing machine is suitable for sensitive fabrics which are easy to change, curl and slide. Before dyeing with the warp axis dyeing machine, the fabric should be wound on the inner drum of the warp axis dyeing machine. In order to increase the friction force of the fabric and make it easier to roll, it is generally necessary to pass the water when the fabric is rolled. The liquid carrying capacity of the fabric is adjusted by the pressure of the rolling mill and the speed of the roll. The quality of coiling has a great influence on the dyeing of Jiangdu printing machine. It is not that the tighter the coil is and the greater the tension is, the better the effect is. Try to keep the speed as constant as possible when making a roll. 1. Suitable cloth type Taffeta, Lycra, Oxford and other warp fabrics, nylon Fugui, triangle bright silk and other flat fabrics, also suitable for nylon 66, silk, non-woven fabrics and other fabrics. 2. Dyeing principle The dyeing process of the warp dyeing machine is mainly that the dye solution is pumped to dye the fabric during the circulation process of the dyeing vat and dosing bucket. The warp dyeing machine has two dyeing liquid circulation processes, large and small. The so-called "big circulation" refers to: after the dye solution is heated by the heat exchanger, it passes through the dye solution jet port under the action of the main pump and penetrates the fabric completely under the action of the pressure difference, and then enters the heat exchanger for the next circulation; while the so-called "small circulation" refers to: during the heating process, the volume of the dye solution in the cylinder expands, the dye solution enters the medicine barrel, and then enters the medicine barrel under the action of the medicine pump Enter the nozzle of dye solution. Due to the different characteristics of long fiber, non-woven fabrics and silk fabrics, a large amount of filament winding will be produced in the dyeing process of long fiber and non-woven fabrics, while almost no fiber will fall off from the surface of silk fabrics in the dyeing process. Therefore, the structure of these two types of warp dyeing machine is also different. Jiangdu printing machine how to pay attention to the mechanical influence of warp dyeing machine? Consider the following: 1. Main pump The main pump power directly affects the dye penetration. If the power of the main pump is too small, the dye solution can not completely penetrate the fabric on the inner drum, and large dyeing spots or progressive colors will appear on the cloth surface; if the power of the main pump is too large, firstly, it will cause a waste of power resources, and secondly, when it passes through the dye injection port, it will cause cloth channeling due to the high injection pressure. Therefore, the above phenomena should be considered when selecting the main pump, and a reasonable pipeline should be designed to maximize the efficiency of the main pump and minimize the energy consumption. 2. Airtightness As the warp dyeing machine is a kind of high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine, if there is air in the dyeing process, the following abnormalities will be caused: When the temperature is higher than 80 ℃, the dyes are easy to decompose when they contact with air, especially reactive dyes. If the air enters the rolled fabric with the dye solution, the surface of the fabric will not be colored, resulting in air spots and abnormal fabric surface. If air enters into the fabric during scouring and bleaching, it will cause oxidation and embrittlement of the fabric surface, decrease the tear strength, and cause abnormal coloring during dyeing. How to solve the above problems, first of all, the welding seam of the dyeing machine factory should be inspected by flaw detection, without mechanical hard damage; secondly, in the process of installation, the sealing of each flange and joint is better; Finally, in the process of dyeing production with dyeing machine in dyeing factory, the tightness of each connection should be checked regularly to prevent the screw loosening due to motor vibration in the production process. How to deal with wood grain, cloth channeling and edge difference during dyeing? The common abnormalities and causes are as follows: 1. Wood grain in long fiber dyeing of Jiangdu printing machine When long fiber is dyed, wood grain like wood ring will appear on the cloth surface. The main reason for this kind of abnormality is that the tension is large and uneven during coiling, resulting in uneven dye penetration. In addition, because of the high density of the inner cloth, and the low density of the normal dyed cloth, there will be abnormal wood grain. It is not only the silk that causes cloth channeling during dyeing, but also the long fiber fabric with smooth fiber surface. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the initial tension is too small during coiling, which leads to cloth too loose. Or the tie is not tight or broken after coiling. Improper control of the machine, when changing the "large circulation" liquid volume adjustment valve, improper adjustment, resulting in excessive water volume, increased pressure at the dye jet port, resulting in cloth surface sliding and cloth channeling. 3. Edge medium difference (edge shallow) When using the warp dyeing machine, the most common exception is the difference between the edges. The main reason for this kind of abnormality is the improper placement of the inner baffle of the drum. The function of the inner baffle is to cover the hole area of the inner drum where the cloth layer is not wrapped, so that the dyeing solution will not be lost at the edge of the cloth, resulting in the failure of dyeing. Before the cloth is rolled into the cylinder, be sure to measure the cloth height and hole distance with a ruler, and convert the position of the baffle to reduce the side to middle difference. In addition, the starting temperature should be controlled below 25 ℃. If the starting temperature is too high, part of the dye will be dyed instantaneously and unevenly, resulting in shallow edge. 4. Uneven dyeing There are many reasons for uneven dyeing in the dyeing process. Jiangdu printing machine analyzes the main reasons as follows: acid is added too fast in the process of adjusting pH value, too much acid is added at one time, so it should be added in batches for a few times; the heating rate is too fast in the dyeing process, especially for the sensitive combination of light color system and dyes, and the heating rate during dyeing should not exceed 1.5 ℃ / min. The above two points are mainly due to the uneven dyeing caused by too fast coloring in a short time. Uneven dyeing can also be caused by incorrect placement of inner baffle or loosening during dyeing; incomplete desizing and unsatisfactory pretreatment are the main reasons for uneven dyeing.
