The post baking process enables fabric manufacturers and garment processors to finish resin finishing together. After baking, the finished garment can obtain ideal finishing effect, with stable size, durable pleat and smooth seam. It is called post baking method to transfer the anti crease finishing baking process from the printing and dyeing factory to the garment factory. The advantage of this is that the garment factory can press and fold the garment according to the design, such as trouser line, and save the cost. This method also has shortcomings. For example, the fabrics needed by designers and garment factories are still controlled by the printing and dyeing factories that supply them. Secondly, the fabrics that need to be post baked are limited by the pre baked processing time in the printing and dyeing factory, so the clothing factory is relatively passive in the production arrangement.
