The design points of the new hot air baking machine are as follows 1. Arrangement of unit equipment: The machine is composed of two sections, the front section is hot air primer, the back section is baking machine, each section is feeding and dropping cloth, the process is flexible, convenient for quality control, and can achieve a multi-purpose machine. Front section: flat width feeding → mh552 uniform rolling mill rolling fluid → mh662 (II) infrared dryer → mh689c vertical guide roller pre dryer (48m) → mh602 dryer (10 dryer) → flat width feeding device with three cooling rollers Rear section: open width feeding device → mh689 baking machine 2 groups (type B + type B 68m or type B + type C 82m) → open width feeding device with three cooling rollers 2. Mechanical structure design features and synchronous operation tension control 2.1 in order to make the high count and high density fabric run smoothly without crease, the following improved design is adopted. The guide roller of pre drying room and baking oven adopts the design of large diameter and small center distance. The diameter of guide roller is Φ 200 mm, the center distance is 910 mm, and the ratio of diameter to distance is 1:4.5. The fabric is covered on the guide roller with large surface and small center distance, which greatly increases the stability of fabric operation, and the high count and high-density fabric will not wrinkle during operation. From the rolling liquid to the end of pre drying, all guide rollers are sprayed with polytetrafluoroethylene, and the spreading bending roller is installed at the cloth feeding place of pre drying and baking, so that the guide roller is not easy to be contaminated, and the generation of wrinkling and other defects is effectively prevented. The upper guide roller is the driving roller, with external bearing. It is driven by a y100l2.4 AC motor, which is decelerated by the worm gear and driven by the chain. Friction plates are installed between the guide roller shaft and the sprocket. The butterfly spring adjusts the compression and controls the rotation torque of the upper guide roller to realize low tension operation. The lower guide roller is a passive roller with built-in bearing. In order to eliminate the high-temperature thermal expansion and bending of the roller body, the cloth guide roller in the machine adopts the thermal stretching device and floating support, so as to ensure that the cloth guide roller will not deform at high temperature. The unit machine adopts AC motor frequency conversion speed regulation, PLC programmable control, multi unit synchronous drive, wide speed regulation range and good synchronous performance. 2.2 in order to ensure that the fabric does not produce color difference and streaks in the process of pre drying and baking, the new machine has the following improved design. The hot air is in the form of small circulation, which can be combined by building blocks. Each room is composed of circulation fan, upper and lower nozzles, static pressure box, exhaust pipe and heater. After heating, the return air is sucked into the inlet of the circulating fan through the damper, fully mixed in the static pressure box, and then ejected from the nozzle, so that the hot air is evenly distributed. The outlet of the circulating fan is equipped with a device to adjust the distribution of the upper and lower air ducts, so that the air volume of the upper and lower air ducts is consistent and the positive and negative color difference can be avoided. A slit nozzle is installed on the air duct, and the upper and lower air outlets are opposite. The direction of air injection is not perpendicular to the cloth surface, and the direction of air injection is parallel to the running direction of the fabric, so that the pre drying process does not produce streaks due to dye migration. The pre drying room and baking oven are equipped with reliable temperature control devices. In order to prevent heat radiation, the box adopts 100 mm thick insulation layer, which has good insulation performance. 2.3 in order to save energy, the new model adopts the latest energy-saving technology. Two groups of far infrared directional radiators were used in the infrared radiation hot air dryer. The spectral range was 1.5 ~ 15 μ M. The radiation surface has a high efficiency directional radiator with a maximum scattering angle of 15O. The special coating has high reflectance to infrared ray to prevent heat loss. The installed power of far-infrared directional radiator is only 72kw, while that of near-infrared and mid-infrared radiators is 240kw. The energy-saving effect is remarkable, and the radiation temperature of far-infrared radiator is uniform and the service life is long. The exhaust fan of drying room can also be driven by AC motor with variable frequency speed regulation. The temperature sensor is used to determine whether the exhaust humidity is within a reasonable range. After transmission, the frequency conversion output frequency of the exhaust fan is controlled to realize on-line automatic control of exhaust speed and make the exhaust humidity reach the state of energy saving.
