Nowadays, with the rapid development of China's economy, the drainage of textile baking machine printing and dyeing industry has increased greatly. According to incomplete statistics, the annual discharge of printing and dyeing wastewater in China is about 2 billion tons, ranking fifth in the national industrial wastewater discharge. The resulting environmental damage and economic losses are huge. Most of the textile printing and dyeing enterprises in China are small and medium-sized private enterprises, which are scattered. The waste water discharged is not easy to be treated in a centralized way, and the overall production level is not high. The discharge per unit product is nearly twice as much as that in developed countries. Due to the small scale of production and the great influence of the market, the dyeing workshop is usually intermittent production, or the order production is small and fast changing, and the water quality fluctuates greatly, so the sewage treatment system can not operate stably and effectively. Because small and medium-sized enterprises are generally unable to bear the construction investment and operation costs of sewage treatment system, most of their wastewater has not been effectively treated, resulting in serious environmental pollution. There are many researches on the reuse of printing and dyeing wastewater from baking machine in China (1) Most of the recycling technologies are in the stage of experimental research, mostly in small and medium-sized tests, with few practical engineering applications, and the recycling rate of water is low, generally not more than 50%. The highest recovery rate of our company can reach about 70%. It is mainly used in the previous process with low requirements for water quality, and lacks the promotion and application of efficient technologies conducive to improving the quality and recycling rate of recycled water. (2) The reuse treatment is mainly to further treat the printing and dyeing wastewater of the baking machine on the basis of reaching the standard, so as to reach the quality standard of reuse water. Coagulation, adsorption, filtration and oxidation technologies are mainly used in the treatment process, and the key technologies for removing salinity and hardness are less studied. (3) Due to the limitation of the existing technology, a large number of recycling of printing and dyeing wastewater from baking machine will bring a series of problems to the production and wastewater treatment system, including the accumulation of organic pollutants and inorganic salts. At present, there are few studies on the long-term reuse of wastewater and its impact on water treatment system, especially the accumulation of inorganic salts.
